Potentially clearing the way for an NFL team to return to Los Angeles, officials in Pasadena voted 7-1 to increase the number of annual events allowed to occur at the Rose Bowl from 12 to 25. The Rose Bowl, a National Historic Landmark that opened in October 1922, requires nearly $200 million worth of renovations.
