A rare white American in today’s NBA, Utah shooting guard Gordon Hayward is set to ‘carry’ the Jazz

Despite looking like a pathetic bastard, Gordon Hayward is ready to become an NBA star.

With Al Jefferson and Paul Millsap relocating from Utah, The Salt Lake Tribune predicts shooting guard Gordon Hayward will “carry” the Jazz this season.

Taken out of Butler ninth overall in 2010, the 23-year-old Hayward averaged 14.1 points, 3.0 assists and 3.1 rebounds over 72 games off the bench during the 2012-2013 campaign.

Now ready to start for the Jazz, the 6-foot-8, 210 pound Hayward is destined to become a standout musician on the hardwood.

Coming within a pube of leading Butler to a title in 2010, Hayward is a youngster with tremendous basketball smarts, athleticism, ball handling skills, and versatility.

One of the rare white Americans in today’s NBA, the former Bulldog will mature into a truly elite player within four years.

Expect Gordon Hayward to thrive throughout the upcoming winter while creating sweet music in “The Crossroads of the West.”
