Although a compulsive scofflaw, Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt has ‘impressed coaches and teammates’ in spring workouts

It’s time for Kenny Britt to payback the Tennessee Titans on the gridiron.

Although a compulsive scofflaw, some onlookers predict Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt will use 2013 as a “launching pad” to breakout and become a superstar on the gridiron.

Claiming the man Tennessee took out of Rutgers University 30th overall in the 2009 draft looks great, beat reporter Jim Wyatt says the 25-year-old Britt has “impressed coaches and teammates” in spring workouts.

Catching 146 passes for 2,354 yards and 19 touchdowns in 45 games as a Titan, the 6-foot-3, 215 Britt has All-Pro talent.

Unfortunately, trouble has consistently followed Britt.

Arrested for the eighth time as a pro for driving shitfaced last July, the former Scarlet Knight stonewalled the fuzz about a stabbing and shooting that occurred on January 13 in “The Garden State.”

Dismissing requests made by Jersey City Police Capt. Edgar Martinez, Britt refused to help authorities pinpoint the individual(s) responsible for wounding his close friend.

Ideally, Britt will continue “impressing coaches and teammates” and dominate in Nashville this autumn.

However, considering the subject, Kenny Britt doesn’t deserve the benefit of doubt.
