Although unlikely, Doc Rivers and Kevin Garnett could reunite in Tinseltown.

In exchange for an unprotected 2015 first-round pick, the Celtics have allowed Doc Rivers to vacate Boston to coach the Los Angeles Clippers.

Leading Boston since 2004, the 51-year-old Rivers on Sunday agreed to a three-year contract worth $21 million with the Clippers.

Finishing 56-26, Los Angeles canned Vinny Del Negro after the Memphis Grizzlies ousted the talented team on May 3.

Somewhat similarly, following a mediocre 41-40 campaign, the New York Knicks eliminated the graying Celtics in the opening round of the playoffs.

Rivers will now have the opportunity to work with superstars Blake Griffin and Chris Paul in Tinseltown.

Furthermore, although David Stern is determined to nix any potential deal, Los Angeles’ management is expected to pursue Kevin Garnett.

Although serving as red-headed bastards behind the Lakers, Griffin, Paul and Garnett would be an extremely formidable trio capable of winning the franchise’s first title.

In the aftermath of an amicable divorce on 100 Legends Way, Doc Rivers is destined for success in “La-La Land.”
