‘Noticeably bigger,’ Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick is ‘enthused about the offense’ Chip Kelly has designed

Michael Vick will reportedly look bigger than this in 2013.

“Noticeably bigger,” the Philadelphia Inquirer reports Eagles quarterback Michael Vick is “enthused about the offense” that new head coach Chip Kelly has instituted.

Forced to perform behind a depleted line that couldn’t block Lindsay Lohan on smack, the 32-year-old Vick needed to gain bulk and brawn this offseason to survive on the gridiron.

“Noticeably bigger,” the 6-foot, 215 pound Vick is now even more suited to operate Kelly’s unpredictable and rapid no-huddle attack.

Removed from a disappointing 2012 campaign with the Eagles (4-12), Bad Newz Kennels’ mastermind is again surrounded by dynamic playmakers and can dominate if protected in the pocket.

With designed runs expected to be frequently called, the greatest rushing quarterback in NFL history should take less of a pounding.

A four-time Pro Bowl passer, Vick missed winning the MVP race by a pube two seasons ago.

Healthier, stronger and better preserved, Vick is a leading candidate to earn another Comeback Player of the Year award in 2013.

Under the watchful eye of Chip Kelly, Michael Vick will fly as an Eagle in “The City of Brotherly Love” this autumn.
