Selling the 69th richest man on Earth, Jason Kidd is ‘the strong frontrunner’ to lead the Brooklyn Nets

No longer a child, Jason Kidd is ready to coach the Brooklyn Nets.

Considered “the strong frontrunner,” legendary point guard Jason Kidd could be hired as the next coach of the Brooklyn Nets within 72 hours.

Reportedly smitten with the 40-year-old Kidd, Nets owner Mikhail Prokhorov may no longer want to interview Brian Shaw on Wednesday.

Averaging 12.6 points, 8.7 assists, 6.3 rebounds and 1.9 steals over 1,391 games with four organizations, Kidd just retired from the NBA last week.

Lacking any experience on the sideline, the future Hall of Famer would wisely hire Lawrence Frank as a lead assistant.

One of the premier playmakers ever, Kidd has the tools to mature into a solid basketball teacher.

However, it’s surprising that a shrewd businessman like Prokhorov is willing to give an untrained Kidd a job in Brooklyn.

Directing the effective trio of Joe Johnson, Deron Williams and Brook Lopez, the 10-time All-Star will have talent to work with.

Selling the man listed by Forbes as the 69th richest individual on Earth, Jason Kidd is apparently going to become the newest leader of the Brooklyn Nets.
