2023 WWE WrestleMania 39 Night 2 live results, match grades, highlights for wrestling card

Following a successful night one of WrestleMania 39, night two on April 2 is looking to top it. This time, the main event pits two of WWE’s top stars together for the ultimate prize.

WrestleMania 39 is inside Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium and will air on Peacock and the WWE Network.

The main event of the second night of WrestleMania will be Roman Reigns defending the Undisputed WWE Universal Title against Cody Rhodes, the men’s Royal Rumble winner. Reigns has been Universal Champion for over 900 days and the WWE Champion for over 300. “The Tribal Chief” has beaten everyone in his path thanks to The Bloodline in his corner.

Rhodes, son of “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes, is looking to beat a product of NXT under the late Dusty’s teachings. Leaving WWE and returning after forming AEW, Rhodes is ready to finish his journey and finally put WWE world title gold around his waist.

Other title bouts on the card feature Bianca Belair defending the WWE Raw Women’s Title against Asuka, and Gunther vs. Sheamus vs. Drew McIntyre for Gunther’s WWE Intercontinental Title in what could be a Match of the Year contender. Hell in the Cell returns at WrestleMania, as Edge and Finn Balor compete in an epic grudge match. There will be a Women’s WrestleMania Showcase tag match, and Brock Lesnar is in action against Omos.

The Sporting News will provide results and match grades for night two of WrestleMania 39. Stay tuned!
